Etta Marie Morris Dawson
Our loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Etta Marie Morris Dawson, passed away on November 28, 2016. She was born on March 26, 1918 in Ogden, Utah to Earl and Mary Larrabee Morris. She married her sweetheart, George Albert Dawson on July 13, 1937.
Etta was a graduate of Ogden High School and attended Weber State College.
She was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints serving in the Primary and Relief Society as a teacher and counselor.
Etta worked at Bon Marche as a bridal consultant and office manager for Doctor Wendall Thompson.
She is survived by her children, Florence (Darold) Rawson, George (Shonna) Dawson and Karen (Gibbs) Bullen; 14 grandchildren; 56 great-grandchildren; 53 great-great-grandchildren; siblings, Sterling (Marilyn) Morris, Margie (Monte) Call and David (Pat) Morris.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George; daughter, Bunny Nelson; son, A. Earl Dawson; grandson, Jeffery Rawson and seven brothers and sisters, Daisy Hales, George Morris, Clifford Morris, Earl Morris, Opal Urry, Lurlien Florence and Carol Morris.
