83, of Oldsmar formerly of Tampa passed away September 15, 2013.Sandy was born to the parents of Samuel and Ruth (Scott) Flint in Cheshire Township, Ohio. She spent may years in sales in the retail industry. Sandy is survived by her daughter-in-law, Collette Oppermann, grandchildren, Jonathan ( & Ashley) Anderson and Lindsay Fischer all of Tampa, Florida., four stepchildren, Billy Fischer, Jim Fischer, Cathy Moss and Linda Mills, five brothers and one sister and neices and nephews.
