Mrs. Ethel Bell Rhoden was born on July 18, 1935 to the parentage of the late Mr. William Thomason and Mrs. Mary Peoples Thomason.
Mrs. Ethel Bell Rhoden accepted Christ at an early age and joined New Hope Baptist Church of Sylacauga, Alabama. Then she later united with Greater Bethany Baptist Church in Atlanta, Georgia, where she remained a faithful member until her Heavenly departure.
On August 14, 2021, Mrs. Ethel B. Rhoden departed this walk of life. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Dell Rhoden, parents, Mary Peoples Thomason and William Thomason, sisters, Bobbie Ray McGhee and Maryester Thomason and one brother, William Thomason, Jr.
Her love and precious memories will forever be remembered by her two children, Lee Dell Rhoden, Jr. and devoted daughter, Lationa L. Huntley both of Atlanta, Georgia; one grandson, Demarco L. Huntley of Atlanta, Georgia; one sister, Annie Pearl Allen of Decatur, Georgia; a very special great nephew, Dexter Bernard Averiette of Sylacauga, Alabama; two very special friends, Mary Lew Cook and Freda Hardnett; two great grandsons, and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
