Mrs. Ethel Thompson Baldwin, age 96, a longtime Milford resident, beloved wife of the late Charles Higby Baldwin, passed away on Sunday, January 3, 2010 at Milford Healthcare Center. Born in Bridgeport, on February 20, 1913, she was the daughter of the late John William and Annie Lofthouse Thompson. She resided in Milford since 1950. She was a retired Inspector having worked for Sikorsky Aircraft.
