COLEBROOK – MILLARD – Ethel Amelia (Wilber) Millard, 96, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 10, 2021. She was the loving wife of the late Burton “Babe” K. Millard. She was born July 8, 1925 in Winsted; the daughter of the late Arthur and Nellie (Ives) Wilber. She is survived by her son, Gregory Millard and his wife Jean; a son-in-law-Mark Rowden; 3 grandchildren, Matthew and Adam Rowden, and Wesley Millard; 8 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by a daughter, Linda Rowden and her two brothers Donald and Fredrick Wilber.
