Royal, Esther Ceccarelli Royal, age 91, beloved wife of the late Robert S. Royal Sr., peacefully went home to the Lord on October 2 at St. Joseph Center in Trumbull where she had been a resident since having a serious stroke in February, 2013. A lifelong resident of Stratford, she was born on August 28, 1925, the daughter of Anthony and Rose Ceccarelli. Throughout her life, Esther periodically worked in a variety of office positions. But most importantly, she loved her family and was a woman of deep faith.
