Esther Opal Hicks, 91, of Lakeland, Florida passed away on Friday, September 20, 2013, at Lakeland Regional Medical Center due to natural causes. Esther was born May 26, 1922, in Lake Wales, Florida to Charlie and Clide Wilson and has been a resident of the Polk County area all of her life and was a homemaker.
Esther is survived by her daughter, Annette Graves; grandchildren, Kelly Price, Brandi Smith, James Hicks and Jeff Hicks and five great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Loran Delton Hicks.
