Esther LaVena Manos was born to John M and Ora (Hill) Forehand in Rufe, Oklahoma on July 24, 1933. She married Andrew Manos in Oakley California on July 10, 1949 and they made their home in Brentwood, CA. With Andrew being a minister, they moved frequently throughout California and to finally Gravitt, Arkansas. In 2005 they moved to Boise to be near their great grandchildren. She owned and operated First Step Day Care in Gravitt and was hired many time to produce draperies. She enjoyed reading, rock polishing baking, cooking gardening and embroidery, she was a teacher and was most for being a Ministers wife.
She was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Jeffery Manos; son, Michael Manos; brother, Marvin Forehand and a sister, Dessie Diusonore.
Survivors include her husband, Andrew Manos; daughters, Andrea and husband Roger Preston and Martheia and husband David Bailey; a sister, Delphia Scroggins; 6 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
