Estelle Charlotte Feinberg, 90, of Orange, CT died peacefully at CT. Hospice, Branford on Wednesday, September 17, 2014. Estelle was born to Joseph and Anne Brozak of Ansonia, CT. She is predeceased by her parents, brother Joseph Brozak, sister Ceil Thornton and by her husband Harry M. Feinberg, her beloved spouse of 68 years. She is survived by her brother, Robert F. Brozak and nephew Robert Brozak of Stafford Spring, Ct., son Harry J. Feinberg, daughter-in-law Karen and grandson Ethan of Durham, CT and her daughter Lynnore Feinberg of Manchester, CT.
A graduate of Ansonia High School, Estelle worked for many years as a bookkeeper and in sales in retail stores. She loved being with family and friends, enjoying cooking, trying new recipes and entertaining. She knew how to throw a great party, no matter what the occasion. Estelle and her husband enjoyed ballroom dancing, Broadway shows, new experiences, and walking hand in hand. She knew how to make every day special as her children were growing up; she enjoyed traveling and was quite artistic and creative. She loved music, the wonders of nature, had an enquiring mind and was a voracious reader.
All who knew Estelle, admired her generous, loving heart, strong spirit, beauty, style and caring soul. She always found time for a kind word and a smile… knew the right thing to say and when to say it.
