Erwin Lloyd Emery, 72, of Madison, Maine, died November 3, 2020 in Holland, Texas.
Erwin was born June 4, 1948 in Waterville, Maine to Erwin and Madolin (Soul) Emery. He joined the United States Army in 1968 and fought in the Vietnam War. He later married Shirley Cooley on October 28, 1996 in Skowhegan, Maine. Erwin was a member of the American Legion Post 39, the VFW, and the Legion Riders all in Madison, Maine. He was also in the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Club in Winslow, Maine. and in the Christian Motorcycle Club of Ocala, FL.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a granddaughter, Charlotte Elizabeth Winters and brother in laws, Lowell, Ronald, and Richard Cooley.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley Emery; a son Timothy Emery and wife Tracy of Holland, Tx; three daughters, Tammie Davis and husband David of Oakland, Maine, Denise Winters and Ashley Emery of Madison, Maine; four brothers, Ervin Emery and wife Brenda, Charles Emery and wife Betty, Ronald Smith and wife Shelia, and Albert Smith; two sisters, Glorilee Mills and Linda Gilbert; eleven grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
