Ernestine (Tina) Rhodes Potter, age 91, passed away on August 22, 2017 in Ft. Oglethorpe, GA.
She was born in Graysville, GA on August 15, 1926, to Ernest W. Rhodes and Clara Pitts Rhodes Brown. She is preceded in death by her parents, son Robert Lee Puckett, sister Nell (Runt) Rhodes Vess, brother Larry Damon Rhodes and husbands, Billy Puckett, Ed (Bud) Sledge, Paul Potter, and Carlyle Peterson.
She attended Ringgold High School and Westside High School in Rocky Face, GA.
Tina worked for Combustion Engineering in Chattanooga prior to moving to California in the early sixties. She retired from Pacific Scientific CA in 1992 and moved back to her hometown, Ringgold, GA.
She is survived by Granddaughter, Stacey Puckett Wilcox of Ashburn, VA, Grandson, Don Puckett, Great grandson, Drake Puckett, Great granddaughter, Brittany Puckett all of Spokane, WA, sister Wanda Rhodes (Bryan) McAllister, Ringgold and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
