Ernestine (Heppenstall) Ereshena, 87, of Middletown, wife of the late Peter Ereshena, passed away on Saturday, March 14th at Middlesex Hospital. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Emma (Pry) Heppenstall and lived most of her life in Middletown. Ernie is survived by three daughters, Sandra Barber of Spokane, WA, Susan Sanchez and her fiancé, Gregg Fitchett of Illinois and Patricia Ereshena of Middletown; a stepson, Peter Ereshena and his wife, Emily of East Hampton; seven grandchildren, Adam Peplau and his wife, Agi, Zane Barber and his wife, Maria, Brandon Stafford, Haley Stafford, Sydni Stafford, Kade Sheltra and Peter Ereshena and six great grandchildren. Along with her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her son, Theodore J. Ereshena.
