Ernest Salazar, 53, passed away Aug. 4, 2020. A lifetime Puebloan he was born Feb. 17, 1967 to Gilbert and Margaret (Madrid) Salazar. He is preceded in death by his brother, Gregory Salazar; nephew, Eric Salazar; grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives. Ernest enjoyed playing horseshoes, darts and pool. He was a mechanic who loves working on cars and teaching family how to work on them, as well. He also was a good, hunter. Every year he went hunting and enjoyed teaching his nephews and cousins how to hunt. He was a Bronco and Charger fan.
