Erlinda (Santiago) Long (a.k.a. “Baby”, a.k.a. “Ma”) was born April 29, 1953 to Juan and Marciana Santiago in Pasay City, Manila, Philippines. She ended her battle with Cancer on Aug 8, 2018 surrounded by family.
She lived a fulfilling life as a mother, sister, wife, and friend. She loved watching baseball, talking with friends, shopping, taking trips to the casino, and caring for children. Her laugh was infectious, her heart was pure, and she loved unconditionally.
Erlinda is survived by her husband, Robert Long; her brother, Bernardo Santiago; sister, Leonila Bramlett (Santiago); five children, Jesus Santiago, Brandi Gilchrist, Scott Gilchrist, Michael Gieson, and Cheryl Meek (Gieson); five grandchildren, Allison Kreuser, Dylan Santiago, Madyson Eckler, Annalea Gilchrist, and Trinity Meek; many Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and Friends.
