Eric Keith Washburn
1960 – 2007 Eric Keith Washburn passed away on Saturday, Oct. 6, 2007, in Shalimar, Fla. He was 46 years old.
Eric was a joy to know and be around because of his gentleness, intelligence, integrity and love of others. He always looked for the good in people and was an inspiration to others.
He was employed by the Mental Health Association. In his spare time, Eric loved target shooting, creating beautiful etched mirror designs and building computers for his friends and loving family.
Eric is survived by his mother and step father, Annette and Benny Putnam of Shalimar; his father, Paul M. Washburn of Greenville, Ala.; his sister, Adrienne Wilkinson and her husband Paul and his niece and nephew, Alexandra and Paul. He is also survived by two brothers, Brian Washburn and Alex Washburn, his wife Sandy and nephew Tucker. He is also survived by maternal grandparents, Hubert and Myrtice Miller of Greenville; and paternal grandmother, Agnes Jinright of Alexander City, Ala. In addition he was loved by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, friends and his special roommate Chappy the cat.
