Enid Mae Williams, 89

Okeechobee – Enid Mae Williams died February 5, 2021. She was born May 9, 1931 in St. Ann Parish, Jamaica to Cecil and Ethel Williams. A resident of Okeechobee since the 1960s, she worked as a paraprofessional at Okeechobee High School for over 15 years. She was a devoted member of Church of Our Saviour. She was a devout Christian woman and served as a member of Daughters of the King at her church. She loved taking trips to the beach, crotcheting, and spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed cooking Jamaican cuisine for gatherings.

Ms. Williams was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Henry Williams, Sr.; brothers, Eric Williams, Aston Williams, Herman Williams, and Isaiah Williams.

She is survived by her sons, Patrick Lawson (Alejandra), of Okeechobee, Henry Williams, of Atlanta, Georgia, and Andrew Dailey (Donna), of West Palm Beach; sister, Cynthia Fletcher, of West Palm Beach; grandchildren, Syleena Lawson, Patrick Lawson, Jr., Isabella Lawson, Amaaya Lawson, Jose Ramirez, Christina Witts, Tikima Williams, Latonya Pryor, Janice Williams, Venesha James, Kimani Williams, Kimah Williams, Deonte Williams, Christine Dailey, and Carolyn Dailey; great grandchildren, Alonna Washington (DJ), Armand Crowell, Eunice Crowell, Albrianna Baker, and Tray Anthony; great great grandchildren, Azariah Washington, Azalea Washington, Aziyah Washington, Deonnie Roberts, Elijah Stovall, and Lacedrick Stovall, III.
