Emmanuel Opata,22, died, Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at Moses Cone Hospital. Emmanuel (Pooh) as he was affectionately called

by family and close friends attended Guilford County Schools and graduated from Tarheel Challenge Military Academy in 2016.

As  an adolescent, Pooh loved playing football, soccer, basketball and wrestling. He later joined New Covenant Christian Center.

Emmanuel had a career in Culinary Arts, and was employed by Green Valley Grill as a cook. He was preceded in death by his bonus father

Carlos Graves and grandfather Robert Graves.

Survivors include, his wife, Tyasia R. Opata, one daughter, Euri Wilkins, his mother, Kizzy Robinson (Anthony), two sisters,

Makayla Graves and London Robinson, two bonus brothers, Antwon Montague and Justice Robinson, Maternal Grandparents, Michael and Teresa Opata,

Fraternal Grandmother, Magdalene Graves, aunts, Orgal Opata and Rachel Wall, one uncle Ishmael Wall( Christina), Godfathers, Dexter Dawkins and Eric Stewart,

Godmothers, Janice Jones and Samantha Jones and a host of other relatives and friends.
