Emma Lee (King) Wallace, age 37 of Centralia, IL, passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2016, in St. Louis. Emma was born on February 14, 1979, in Centralia, IL, a daughter to Mitchell Henry and Joyce Marie (Webster) King.
She is survived by her mother, Joyce King; two sons, Servante King Wallace and Amarion King Wallace both of Centralia; one brother, Ty’Won Webster of Centralia; grandparents, Hamp and Marla Webster of Centralia; four uncles, Eddie McGee and wife Sue of Midland, TX, Calvin McGee of St. Paul, MN, Hamp Webster III of Carbondale, IL, and Frederick Webster of Centralia; three aunts, Joan Glispie of Paducah, KY, Linda Webster of Centralia, and Shalonda Webster of Centralia; three nieces, Desiree Jones, Myha Webster, and Anya Webster all of Centralia; three nephews, Jailen Webster of Bloomington, IL, Ja’chai Webster of Centralia, and Amani Webster of St. Louis, MO; and numerous great-aunts and great-uncles.
She was preceded in death by her father, Mitchell Henry King, and her grandmother, Emma Webster. Emma worked at McDonald’s in Nashville, IL, and as a hairdresser for many different funeral homes in the area.
She was a very good cook and loved cooking soul food, traveling, and going out with friends. Emma was known as a very friendly person to all who knew her.
