Emma was a kind and helpful person, always.  She loved her family dearly, she loved her church family, and she loved working at the school and was known as “Nanny” by all the school children and was loved and adored by them and she loved and adored them too.

Emma and her late husband Ralph would travel from Southeastern Arkansas to the Branson area frequently.  They loved the area near and around Boone County, and decided  after many trips through the area to make it their home.  Another one of Emma’s  passions was attending her church, Grand Prairie Methodist Church, in Stuttgart, Arkansas,  which she attended when she was able.  Emma loved to crochet and made many beautiful things for her family and friends.  Most people who knew her called her by her nickname, “Sissy”, and she absolutely loved the color blue.

Emma had several different jobs in her lifetime.  She worked for Walmart in the fabric department for several years, but the job she thoroughly enjoyed was working at a long-time  jewelry store in Stuttgart called Wilkersons. She absolutely enjoyed being in the jewelry business.
