Troy – Emma Frances (Finkle) Parella passed away Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at Van Rensselaer Manor. Born on December 9, 1922 she was daughter of the late Harrison Ford Finkle and Ethel Mae Carr and wife of the late Armand A. Parella.
Fran was a retiree of the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets.
She was a member of the Church of the Good Shepherd in Green Island, NY, formerly Levings Methodist Church.
She is survived by her son William J. Carr and his wife Andrea who live in Cordova, TN.
She is also survived by two step daughters, Linda (Alex) Eckensberger of Plano, TX and Patricia (James) Domermuth of Knoxville, TN and several nieces and nephews, and special friends, Jim Wheeler and Richard Halse. She was predeceased by three brothers, Everett, Arthur, and Wesley and her sister, Ethel Mae Virdin.
