Emily Jones McCabe died at her home, Sunday, April 17, 2011 surrounded by her family. Born March 2, 1923, She graduated from Mt. Vernon College, and was a lifelong resident of Lookout Mountain. Emily’s involvement in the community ran deep as she was a sustainer of the Junior League of Chattanooga, past president of both the Garden Club of Lookout Mountain and Little Miss Mag Day Nursery Board of Directors.
