Emily R. Davison, age 97, of Salem, formerly of Canfield, died at 1:30 p.m. Friday, August 2, 2013 at the Lexington Courtyard. She was born October 5, 1915 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Franz and Josephine (Wertich) Rabold. Emily was a high school graduate and a member of the Gibson Heights Second Presbyterian Church in Youngstown. Her husband, Robert M. Davison, whom she married August 5, 1933, preceded her in death in 1981. Survivors include her son, Robert (Betty) Davison of Canfield; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a great great-grandchild.
