Emerson Eugene Elliott, Jr. also known as “Em” passed away on Sunday December 9, 2018 at home. Emerson was born June 24, 1960 to Emma Mae Elliott and Emerson Eugene Elliott, Sr. (Bobby Jean Elliott). He was 58 years old.
He received his education in Dorchester County Schools and later joined the National Guards. He was a part of the Guardian Angels in Maryland. Emerson always had a love for trucks and that led to him having various jobs as an over the road Truck Driver.
In addition to his parents Emerson is survived by a special friend: Angel of Delaware, children: Emerson Elliott 3rd (Pete) of Fruitland, Md., Daman Caven of Preston, Md., Dwayne Elliott of Federalsburg, Md., Kyiesha Elliott of Salisbury, Md., Tiffany Elliott of Cambridge, Md., Isaiah Elliott of Hurlock, Md., and Keara Bolden of Baltimore, Md. Siblings: Virgil Elliott of Hurlock, Md., Jackie Elliott of Hurlock, Md., Laron Elliott, Sr. (Tamba) of Baltimore, Md., Felita Friend of Federalsburg, Md., Alan Friend of Salisbury, Md., Robin Morris (Dawn) of Frankton, N.C., Stephanie Burruss (Larry ) of Engelhard, N.C. , Maceo Morris (Venus) of San Antonio, Texas., Felicia Lucas of Durham, N.C., and Ron Jackson of California. 21 grandchildren, 5 nieces, 11 nephews, a host of great nieces, nephews, other family, friends, and best friends: Lamont, Poochie, and Pluck.
Emerson was preceded in death by his grandparents, 1 granddaughter, 1 brother (John), and 1 great-niece (Amara).
