Loving mother of Naomi Girard and her late husband Charles, Johnny Rice, Linda Jachimski and her husband Paul, and Carolyn Rogers and her husband Timothy. Elsie is survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many other loving family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
