Elsie Loos, 79, of Needham, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, November 27th, 2019.
Elsie was born on Sunday, July 28th, 1940 to the late James Carter and Vida (Kelsay) Carter.
Elsie had a passion for life and enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a member of the Solid Rock Church. She enjoyed many outdoor activities; bike riding, roller coasters, car rides, and visiting cemeteries. She also liked video games, music and singing.
Survivors include, her children, Marie Loos of Franklin, Lucy Loos of Needham, James Loos of Franklin; sisters, Minnie Carter of Florida, Ann Carter of Alabama; brother, Jimmy Carter of Florida; 15 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.
Elsie was preceded in death by parents; brother, Carlos Carter; sisters, Lucille Bose, Helen Lucas, and Jean Hayes.
