Elsie Ingra, 97 of Holiday City West section of Berkley Township, died Sunday, March 24, 2019. Elsie was born August 31, 1921 in Newark, New Jersey to the late William and Helen Lipsky. She resided in Union, New Jersey for 41 years before moving to Ocean County.
She is described as a loving wife, devoted mother and friend to many. She was a member of the Rosary Society at St. Maximilian Kolbe Church, Catholic Daughters of St. Michaels, Union New Jersey and President of the Sister Club of Union, New Jersey. Elsie was not only generous with her time but always gave to anyone in need.
She will be greatly missed. Elsie is predeceased by her parents; husband, Vincent Ingra and brother, Stanley Lipsky. Elsie is survived by her son, Henry Paul Ingra of Mercerville, New Jersey; daughter, Carol Ann Ingra of Berkley; and 4 grandchildren, Scott, Kelly, Anne, Matthew and Thomas.
