Elsie F. (McCann) Bedell, 92, of Manchester beloved wife of the late Frank E. Bedell Sr., died peacefully on Sunday, December 25, 2016 at Crestfield Rehabilitation Center. She was born on November 16, 1924 in Manchester daughter of the late James and Mary (Finnegan) McCann. Elsie was raised in Manchester, attended local schools and had been a lifelong resident. Prior to retiring, she had been employed with Cheney Brothers, Pioneer Parachute and the Manchester Country Club.
