Elsie (Hageman) Caveglia, 97, of Peru, passed away Wednesday, April 13, 2016, at Manor Court in Peru.
Mrs. Caveglia was born on May 17, 1918, in Peru to Erwin and Sophie (Schake) Hageman. She married George Caveglia on February 14, 1953, in Zion United Church of Christ in Peru. Elsie worked at the Peru National Bank for more than 48 years serving as Associate Vice-President. She was a member of Zion United Church of Christ in Peru where she was active in the church choir, women’s guild, and the wedding band. Elsie loved traveling with her husband, George. She was a kind person who loved spending time with friends and family. She is survived by one brother, Erwin Moose Hageman of Peru; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, George; one brother, Chris Hageman and one sister, Marie Hageman.
