SCHADE, Elsie C. of Saginaw, Michigan. Our beloved wife, mother and grandmother passed away on Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at St. Mary’s of Michigan. She was 84 years old. Elsie C. Royle was born on March 21, 1929 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late John and Clara (MacDonald) Royle.
Elsie attended St. Michael’s Catholic High School in Cleveland, Ohio and graduated in 1947. She married Robert Schade on November 26, 1949 at Our Lady of Good Council in Cleveland, Ohio; he survives her.
Elsie was a member of St.
Surviving are husband of 64 years, Robert; four children: Robert Schade, Jr., William (Lynn) Schade, Diane (Mathias) Brown, and Nancy (Scott) Nizinski; five grandchildren: Rebecca Nizinski and fiancé, Dennis Miller, Rachel Nizinski, Matthew Brown, and Sarah and Adam Schade; three sisters-in-law: Anna Marie Schade, Joan Natoce, and Arlene Schade; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three brothers: Robert Royle, Bernard Royle, and Jack Royle and sister, Margaret Royle.
