She was born October 10, 1934 in Rochester, Indiana, and resided in Anderson for the last 55 years. Elsie was a homemaker. She and her husband enjoyed camping and fishing. Elsie had a strong love for her kids and dogs.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Robert “Bob” Anderson; children, Teresa Steve Oldham of Anderson, Michael Anderson of Indianapolis and Cheryl Brian Madison of Anderson; six grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Loyd & Helen Burnett Mathias; two brothers, Keith and Ralph Mathias; and daughter-in-law, Heidi Anderson.
