Eloy had a heart of gold. He always wanted to help everyone.
Eloy is survived by his mother, Mary Gloria Gallegos; his son, Lil’ Phillip; daughter, Virginia (Shawn) Garcia; and step-daughter, Loretta Ramos; his siblings, Albert (Valerie) Solis, Elaine (Tom) Kouchnerkavich, Anthony (Marvel) Baca, Leroy (Reyna) Garcia; 6 grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends who loved and will miss Eloy dearly.
