Eloise Ann Sholl, 76, of Galesburg, died on Thursday, August 22, 2019, 8:34 AM, at Aperion Care Galesburg North. Eloise was born on September 11, 1942 in Galesburg. She was the daughter of Calvin and Josephine (Hughes) Duncan.
Eloise is survived by her son, Jeff (Jennifer) Sholl of Galesburg. She was preceded in death by her parents and beloved dog, Lucky. Eloise was the lead custodian for Knox College for 22 years. She retired in 2005. She also worked as a bartender for the Sportsman’s Club and Benny’s Tap for 25 years.
Eloise enjoyed gardening; reading, especially history; and watching sports. She was an avid fan of the Chicago Cubs, Bears and Bulls. Eloise was a very independent woman and always did things her way. She loved her animals, and spending time with her family.
