Elmer Leroy Rigsby, 80, of Peytona, WV passed away Saturday, June 4, 2011 at Charleston Area Medical Center. He was born December 27, 1930 in Reynoldsville the son of the late Elmer Thomas Rigsby and Floy Kathleen Whiting Rigsby. He is survived by his wife Pamela Blake Rigsby whom he married June 25 1988. In addition to his wife he is survived by three daughters; Ruby Kathleen Mitchell of Clarksburg, Vicki Lee Magic of Tennessee, Delores Jean Williams of Cross Lanes; five grandchildren; Brian, Leanne, Lori, Adam and Christina and four great grandchildren; two step sons; Richard Cline, Jr. and Jeff Cline both of Fayetteville; three sisters; Willa J. Sandy, Thelma Ruth Bryan of St. Petersburg, FL and Carolyn Gabriel of Maryland. Mr. Rigsby was preceded in death by his first wife Ruby Rigsby; two sisters and one brother. He was a retired coal miner, retired from American Electric Power and a member of the UMWA and Moose Lodge in St. Albans.
