Elmer Henry Kampsen, 86, of Visalia, passed away Sunday, November 14, 2021. He was born January 14, 1935, in Topeka, Kansas, the son of Joseph and Clara (Latus) Kampsen. He served honorably in the U.S. Navy Reserves and pursued a career at Jostens Yearbook. Elmer married the love of his life, Donna Luella Paramore, on October 17, 1954, in Topeka, Kansas. In 1964, he accepted a transfer with Jostens and moved his wife and young family to Visalia, CA. He was deeply loved by all who knew him and was well-known for his love of family and his faith in God.
