Elmer Carl Ham, 73, of Mannington, WV, formally of Warren, Ohio, passed away January 20, 2011. He was born June 21, 1937 in Harrison County, WV. Mr. Ham was employed by Diamond Steel in Boardman, OH as an ironworker for eighteen years. He was a member of Local #207 Ironworkers Union for thirty years. He is survived by two sons; Carl J. Ham and his wife Terri of Mannington and Timothy Guy Ham of Mannington, one daughter; Linda Darlene Carlo and her husband Scott of Fort Wayne, IN, one brother; Homer Ham and his wife Audrey of Wyatt, WV, one sister; Leone Layfield and her husband Harold of Bazetta OH, six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
