Elmer A. Maly, age 96, of Sebring died at 8:35 a.m. Friday, April 28, 2017 at the Crandall Medical Center. He was born August 12, 1920 in Cleveland the son of the late Joseph and Bertha (Troyan) Maly. Elmer worked for 35 years for Ohio Bell and retired as an engineer. During World War II he served in the United States Army.
His wife, Elizabeth June (Toth) Maly, whom he married September 19, 1941 preceded him in death on July 5, 1987.
Survivors include Betty Schleimer of Salem; 2 sons, Dennis (Nancy) Maly of Ponte Vedra, Florida and Jeffry Maly of Colorado Springs, Colorado; a daughter, Janet (Tom) Busta of Danville, California; 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
