Ellen “Jane” Napier, 85, of Bridgeport passed away Thursday, November 10, 2016 at Ruby Memorial Hospital with family by her side.
She was born August 14, 1931 in Wendel, WV; daughter of the late Curtis W. and Brennie M Dunson Reger.
Jane is survived by her husband, of 63 years, Troy L. Napier; one daughter, Tammy Jane and Albert C. Metzgar of Hampton, VA; two sisters, Mary Jo Hitt of Maple Lake, WV, Brennie E. “Cookie” and Reverend Max “Sonny” Palmer of Shinnston, WV; one brother-in-law, Holiday “Had” Miller; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one infant son, Timothy Troy Napier; one brother, Ross W. Reger; three sisters, Ruth Z. Sudduth, Bertha M. Wentz, Sue Ann Miller.
Jane graduated from Washington Irving and WV Business College.
