Mrs. Ellen Charlcie Heykens, age 89 of Cleveland. Mrs. Heykens passed away Saturday, January 14, 2012 at her residence .
Mrs. Heykens was born in Plant City, Florida on December 11, 1922 to the late A. Gordon Carlton and Charlcie Emma Holt. She retired from Sligh Junior High School where she was the Secretary to the Principal. She and her late husband Henry Heykens lived in Tampa until their retirement in 1986, afterwards moving to White County. Mrs.
Survivors include her son and daughter in law, Doug and Kathy Heykens, Cleveland; daughter and son in law, Ruth and James Arant, Lexington, South Carolina; brother Sam Carlton, Dallas, TX.. Mrs Heykens is also survived by her seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
