Ellen Camille Ricci, 60, of Peru, passed away Thursday, February 14, 2013 at her home.
Ellen was born March 5, 1952 in Peru to Albert and Evelyn (Munro) Ricci. She graduated from LaSalle-Peru High School and attended the University of Illinois, Urbana. She worked as a computer systems manager at Carus Corporation for 24 years until retiring in 2008. She was a member of NRA and the Quarter Horse Association.
She enjoyed time spent at Punkin Acre Paints stable with her horse. She is survived by her sister Susan (Mark) Herbstrith of rural Utica and her horse, Yankee Doodle. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Tom Ricci in 1998 and her beloved dog, Corkey on January 25, 2013.
