Ellen Adan Barnbaum aka Ellen Mae Barnbaum died peacefully on July 6, 2020 from complications due to a fall. She was born in New Jersey, U.S.A. on November 3rd, 1938 and grew up in the Hunterdon County area of New Jersey. Her parents were Eugene Joseph Brown and Etta Gehr. She had great love for her parents, both of whom are deceased. She married Charles Adan and was with him until about 1975. She married George David Barnbaum on 05/13/1977 and they remained happily married until his death on 02/16/2009. She is survived by her 2 children Charles E Adan of Taylorsville, Utah and Scott M Adan of Sherman Oaks, California, her sister Beverly Smith of Stockton, New Jersey, four grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Though Ellen went to college after high school, she later returned to college after her children were a bit older for her Civil Engineering degree and worked in that profession for a number of years. She eventually got involved in antique sales and was involved in that endeavor until her recent death. Ellen was a Las Vegas , Nevada resident for a few years after moving from Texas a few years ago..
