Ella Qualls, age 91, passed away on Tuesday, May 22, 2007 at Spalding Regional Medical Center. She was born in Murfreesboro, TN. to the late John Westley Mullins and Nettie Elizabeth Holloway. She is survived by her daughter, Patsy & husband Dr. Fred L. Cook of Jackson, Ga.; Niece, Julie Taylor of Murfreesboro, TN.; Sister-in-Law, Artie Mullins of Murfreesboro, TN.. Mrs. Qualls retired as secretary for State Farm Insurance Company and volunteered for 25 years in the Ladies Auxiliary at Peachtree Regional Hospital in Newnan.
