Watkins, Elizabeth “Betty” P. 67, of Birmingham was called home to be with our Lord on October 29, 2012. She was surrounded by her loving family when she passed. She was retired from AmSouth Bank (Regions) after 23 years of service. A member of Clearview Baptist Church, she belonged to the Faith Sunday School class. She enjoyed shopping, her grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as the people she played bingo with at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her father, Ernest B. Pumphrey, her grandparents, Ada Opal Atwell and Clarence D. Youngblood and her nephew, Robert “Robbie” Pumphrey.
