Elizabeth Jirinec (nee: Cox) of Burlington Township passed away on Friday at the age of 86. She was born in Riverside and raised on her family’s farm Cox Farm in Burlington Twp. She worked for Bell Telephone, she then stopped to start and raise her family. A huge animal lover, she enjoyed her cats and cats in general, birds (hummingbirds was a favorite), ducks and flowers. She was an avid bingo player, enjoyed shopping, going out to eat, especially at Howard’s down the shore. She will be remembered for being a very caring and giving person.
Wife of the late Harry G., and sister of the late Elsie Marvel, she is survived by her loving family: son and daughter in law Michael A. Linda: daughter and son in law Susan and Joseph Nunn; grandchild Matthew E. and her dear friend Marilyn Holben.
