She loved the beach and has fond memories of Wildwood, where she saw Bill Haley & the Comets and other pioneers of Rock n Roll at the “Surf Club” and other dance venues of the early 1950’s. In her youth, she also enjoyed horseback riding in the Poconos. She has a passion for food, cooking and all things “delicious”.
