She is survived by her mother, Rashelle Medcalf of Indianapolis, father, Ron Ellis of Indianapolis, two sisters, MaryKay Sue Rutherford of Indianapolis and Nicole (Jeff) Harris of Greenwood, two brothers, Ron Ellis Jr. of Indianapolis and Jason Ellis of Greenwood, grandmother, Judy Day of Indianapolis, aunts, Jinnene (James) Orman of Greenwood and Paula Galloway of Beech Grove, great-aunt, Tammy Dyer of Indianapolis, uncle, Josh Schultz and cousins, Rheannah and Vivian Hoover, Barbara Scott, Michelle, Mariah and Haley Chastain and many other cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Helen Kay Chastain and great-grandmother, Carol Maxine Chastain-Bruce.
