Elizabeth M. Papa, 93, of Wallingford, formerly of Orange, passed away at her home on July 15th, 2021. She was the beloved wife of 61 years of the late Arthur J. Papa. Mrs. Papa was born on October 14, 1927, the daughter of the late Vincenzo and Elvira Paolini Vigliotti and grew up in the Fair Haven section of New Haven and spent 50 years living in Orange. She spent over 25 years working for Regional School District # 5 as a cafeteria aide caring for the children of Amity as well as raising her four sons.
She is survived by her sons, John (Gigi), David (Ellen), and Paul (Christi) Papa, her grandchildren Olivia, Nick, Valerie, Jillian Papa and Karen and Michelle Milner; her brother John Vigliotti, and sister in law Paula Caruso. Elizabeth will also be missed by her nephews, nieces, and grand nieces and nephews. Besides her husband she was predeceased by her son Mark and her sister Nancy Vigliotti.
