Elizabeth Macaulay Decker (Beth), 81, a resident of Hilltown, PA for the past 17 years and formerly of Little Meadows, PA and the place she always considered home in her heart, Bellport, NY died on Sun. June 19th. She was the beloved wife of Louis G. Decker for 55 years, loving mother to Louis G. Decker, Jr. (Ann) and Elizabeth Decker-Marshall (Troy), and proud grandmother of Elizabeth and Christopher Decker and Chase and Addison Marshall. Born in Elizabeth, NJ in 1935, she was the daughter of the late James F. and Elizabeth (Piermann) Macaulay. She graduated from the Lankanau School for Girls in Roxboro, PA in 1953. Beth’s passions were sailing the Great South Bay on Long Island, riding horses and showing Afghan Hounds from hers and Lou’s kennel named Kymbalon. She and her husband were one of the founding members of the Afghan Hound Association on Long Island, the Brookhaven Kennel Club on Long Island, and the Tioga County Kennel Club in Owego, NY. They belonged to the Bucks County Kennel Club, in PA for many years. She loved spending time with her family and friends and reminiscing.
