Elizabeth Clark aka Lizzie Dale Bradley was born January 28, 1948 in Mooresville, Alabama. She was preceded in death by her mother, Annie Pearl Long and two sisters, Maxine Long and Bernice Long. She departed this life on July 22, 2013 at Huntsville Hospital in Huntsville, Alabama.
Elizabeth was a 1966 graduate of Trinity High School. Shortly thereafter, she moved to the Midwest, finally settling in Chicago, where she began a career with the Social Security Administration. She received advance training and acquired numerous awards and achievements.
She accepted Christ at an early age and joined Jerusalem P.B. Church under the leadership of the late Reverend Tony Jones. She served as the Sunday school secretary.
Her loving memory and lasting impressions will be cherished by her “devoted daughter” Sheritha B. Bradley; two grandsons, Ashton Bradley-Miland, and Aiden Bradley-Carthen both of Madison, AL; two brothers, George Richard (Nora) Bradley of Madison, AL and Dexter Long of Belle Mina, AL; two sisters, Ella Mae (JC) Pitts of Belle Mina, AL and Diretha Long of St. Louis, MO; a caring niece, Miranda Long, other relatives and friends.
