She was very active in her high school basketball career.
She was on the Des Moines register honor roll many times.
She traveled to Germany and to many states when she was an Army wife.
She retired from Lucas Products in 1995.
She is survived by her children, James Earl of Lucas; Samuel Ivan of Lucas;
Tina Irene (Jack) Mandeville of Imperial, Nebraska; and Roxanne Louise (Blaine) Larson, of Riverton, Utah.
