Waterford- Elizabeth “Betty” Jane Heebner, 86, of Beechwood Drive passed away peacefully Friday, November 9, 2012 at her home in Waterford.
She was born in Montville, CT on June 15, 1926 daughter of the late Herbert and Mary Elizabeth (Bulman) Williams. On May 3, 1952 she was united in marriage to Russell E. Heebner at United Congregational Church in Norwich. Mr. Heebner predeceased his wife on August 4, 2006.
Elizabeth is survived by her daughter and son in-law, Cynthia and Gary Ambukewicz of Griswold, a grandson Ashley Ambukewicz and granddaughter Heather Ambukewicz both of Danielson. In addition to her mother, father and husband, Elizabeth was predeceased by a son, Mark Heebner, two brothers, Herbert Williams and Leonard Williams and a sister Flora Skinner.
